Review Queue Oct 20 to 22
The queue groups items by where they came from (a run, a duplicate group or a job change) or by the record they are about, with one filter bar and a search that also finds items by the contact’s company.
Approvals run in the background, so you can leave the page. The queue shows progress while a batch is written.
Approved updates, merges and deletes are written in batches, on Salesforce and HubSpot.
A queued change is never written over a field that has changed in your CRM since it was proposed.
Your company chooses who may approve what.
Every card names its change, such as Create Contact or Update Lead, and you can select and reject items in bulk.
Health Score Oct 17 to 19
A new Health Score page scores each CRM connection daily, with its measures, a trend chart and the blockers that are holding up plans already running.
AI agents can read the Health Score through the MCP server.
Market view Oct 5 to 7, and Oct 19 to 20
Draft my TAM: describe your market and LiveCRM drafts your total addressable market, using your data provider to look up your own company.
Market whitespace shows the companies in your TAM that your CRM does not have yet, best fit first, and which personas your ideal-customer accounts are missing.
Fill a slice of whitespace, or an account’s missing personas, from your Subscription, with a projection shown before anything runs. Whitespace refreshes weekly.
The Market view shows your TAM first, then your CRM, recounted as you edit.
Agent permissions and spend controls Oct 15 to 16
An AI agent can never do more than the person who connected it, and a scheduled plan runs with the permissions of whoever set the schedule.
Settings shows your connected agents and when each was last used.
Every write and every run records who made it, a person or an agent.
Rule changes are versioned.
Spend controls: credit limits that are enforced, each runSpend controls: set credit limits, see each run’s own credit cap, and get alerts as you approach your budget.rsquo;s own credit cap stated up front, and budget alerts.
HubSpot Oct 11 to 14
Create runs, delete runs and duplicate merges work on HubSpot connections, and merges and creates can be undone.
A Sync now button pulls HubSpot into LiveCRM without reconnecting, and changes in HubSpot arrive within the hour.
Approving a HubSpot contact or company update writes its HubSpot properties, and email verification writes bounces back to HubSpot.
MCP server Oct 12 to 19
LiveCRM is listed in Claude’s connector directory, and livecrm.ai/mcp has setup steps for each AI client.
67 tools, 37 of them read-only, with every parameter described. Agents can run plans and read market whitespace.
Value maps and enrichment Oct 7
Value maps translate your data provider’s values into your CRM’s picklist values, and Create, Job Change, the TAM, filters and the readiness scan all use them.
Enrichment runs over Leads, with their own configuration, and the field mapping suggests fields from your own CRM.
Accuracy and reliability Oct 8 to 16
LiveCRM’s copy of your CRM records only takes a change after your CRM confirms it, is checked against your CRM continuously and reconciled weekly, and drops records you delete.
Salesforce’s calculated fields are refreshed daily.
Runs say plainly why a record was not written, and keep what the CRM said.
Account and trials Oct 5 to 16
Team invites send an email, and members can run work. Rules stay admin-only.
Your 30-day trial starts when you connect your CRM, not when you sign up.
The LiveCRM Salesforce package 0.6.0.1 adds the TAM Status field on Accounts and Contacts.
