LiveCRM vs Openprise

Openprise is a no-code data orchestration platform for enterprise go-to-market teams, built to clean, dedupe, enrich and route data across hundreds of connected systems. LiveCRM is an AI operator focused on Salesforce and HubSpot that plans changes from a request, holds them for approval, and can reverse any run or record. Openprise fits a large, complex stack; LiveCRM fits a team that wants CRM work done and undoable.

What Openprise is

Openprise is an AI and data orchestration platform, not a data provider. It has more than 400 connectors and is built around no-code Bots that run on a schedule, plus pre-built solutions for cleansing, deduplication, enrichment across several data vendors, routing and scoring. In 2024 it announced an AI-Agent Factory for building AI-powered automation inside the platform.

Its deduplication matches across fields with fuzzy logic, chooses survivors per field, and can flag matches, route them for review, or merge them automatically. Teams monitor the outcomes instead of approving individual merges.

Platform versus operator

Openprise is a platform you build on. Its strength is breadth: data moving between the CRM, marketing automation and many other systems, under rules your team or Openprise's services team designs. Reviewers mention a learning curve and reliance on vendor support.

LiveCRM is an operator for the CRM itself. You describe the outcome, it proposes the runs, and nothing writes until a person confirms. It does less across the wider stack, and more to make each change in the CRM visible and reversible.

Approval, audit and undo

Openprise offers a review queue for flagged matches and keeps logs for one year. It has no published way to undo a merge or roll back a Bot run.

LiveCRM's unmerge restores the merged-away records and moves every child record back onto them, one lookup at a time, and reports anything it could not restore. On HubSpot, which cannot unmerge at all, it recreates the merged-away records from a snapshot taken before the merge. Every other write is recorded with the value it replaced and can be reversed by run or by record for 90 days.

Who each fits

Openprise suits an enterprise that needs data orchestrated across many systems and has the people, or the budget for services, to design and run it.

LiveCRM suits a RevOps team whose problem lives in the CRM, that wants results without building a platform first, and that needs every change approved and reversible.

Frequently asked questions

Does LiveCRM replace Openprise?

Yes, when the job is keeping Salesforce or HubSpot clean: deduplication, normalization, enrichment, scoring, routing and job change tracking, with every change approved and reversible. LiveCRM works only on CRM records. Openprise also connects marketing automation, ad platforms, ERP and data warehouses, and pushes cleaned data and segments out to them, so if that is the reason you bought it, keep it for that.

Can Openprise undo a merge?

Openprise publishes no unmerge or rollback.
