To get an answer faster, include

Your company and the email address you sign in with.
Whether you are on Salesforce or HubSpot.
What you asked or clicked, and what happened instead, with any error text or a screenshot.
If it happened through an AI agent, which one: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another.

Connecting an AI agent

Use the server URL, not this website. The server is https://api.livecrm.ai/mcp; livecrm.ai/mcp is the page that explains it.
“invite_required” when you sign in: your company already uses LiveCRM. Ask your LiveCRM admin to invite you.
Signed in, but the tools say there is no connection: connect Salesforce or HubSpot in LiveCRM first, on the Integrations page.
Full setup for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients: livecrm.ai/mcp.
