FAQ

What counts as a write?

One record changed by one run, however many fields change. A merge counts once per duplicate group, not once per record absorbed.

What is never counted?

Monitoring, normalization, reversals, alerts, and any write that fails, is rejected in the review queue, or changes nothing because your CRM already agrees.

Does record count affect price?

No. Monitoring your entire CRM is free. You pay only for writes.

What happens if I go past my write pool?

Writes past the pool are billed at your plan's overage rate. The pool is annual and rolls over month to month, so a large first cleanup draws from the year rather than producing a big first month.

What does read-only MCP mean on Starter?

Your own agent can connect to LiveCRM, query the reconciled mirror, count records and preview runs. Having your agent create and dispatch runs that write to your CRM requires Growth or Enterprise.

Do I need to buy data from LiveCRM?

No. Enrichment runs through your own provider credentials, so there is no resale margin and your data stays under your contracts.
