What the trial includes

  • 30 days and 1,000 CRM writes, whichever runs out first
  • Every tool, the Console, the review queue and History
  • Salesforce or HubSpot, including Salesforce sandboxes
  • Full MCP access for your own agent
  • Reversals, normalization and alerts don't count as writes

How it starts

  1. Create your account with Google or a one-time sign-in link sent to your work email. There are no passwords, and your account is ready as soon as you sign up. Each company domain can start one trial.
  2. Connect your CRM. For Salesforce, install the LiveCRM package and allow access. For HubSpot, connect and approve.
  3. Run the AI Readiness Scan. It's read-only, and it shows your duplicates, inconsistent values and missing fields, and which tool fixes each.
  4. Run a tool on a small scope, review what it proposes in the Queue, then open History, where you can reverse any change.

What you need

A work email. Personal and disposable addresses aren't accepted.

Salesforce

  • An administrator, or a user with the Download AppExchange Packages and Customize Application permissions plus API access
  • Change Data Capture turned on for Contact, Account, Lead and User

HubSpot

  • A Super Admin, or a user who can install apps

When the trial ends

When the 1,000 writes are used or the 30 days pass, LiveCRM stops making changes. You can still view your data, run previews, work the Queue, and reverse anything LiveCRM changed.
