LiveCRM vs Insycle

Insycle is a CRM data management suite that runs saved recipes to merge, clean and update records across HubSpot, Salesforce and several other tools, priced by record count. LiveCRM is an AI operator for Salesforce and HubSpot that plans the work from a request, holds each change for approval, and can reverse any run or record. The difference shows when a change goes wrong.

What Insycle is

Insycle bundles modules for merging duplicates, transforming and cleansing values, importing, bulk operations and validation. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Yext and Zendesk. Recipes run on demand or on a schedule, and integrate with HubSpot workflows and Salesforce flows.

Its merge picks a master by ordered rules you set. By default the master keeps its values and empty fields are filled from the most recently updated duplicate, with overrides per field. Associated records move to the master.

Approval, audit and undo

Insycle previews a change before you apply it. It has no approval step for a second person.

Undo is where the two differ most. To reverse a Salesforce merge in Insycle, you restore the merged-away records from the Recycle Bin and re-associate them with its Associate app, and values copied to the master cannot be removed. HubSpot merges cannot be unmerged at all. To roll back an update, Insycle's Activity Tracker gives you a CSV of before and after values to edit and re-import, which reverts the update at least partially.

LiveCRM's unmerge restores the merged-away records and moves every child record back onto them, one lookup at a time, and reports anything it could not restore. On HubSpot, which cannot unmerge at all, it recreates the merged-away records from a snapshot taken before the merge. Any other run, such as a bad enrichment or a mass update on the wrong filter, reverses in one step, by run or by record, for 90 days.

Who each fits

Insycle suits a HubSpot-centred team that wants an affordable, broad toolkit and is happy to build and run recipes itself. Its entry price is far lower than LiveCRM's.

LiveCRM suits a team that wants the work planned and carried out for it, needs a mistake to be one click from undone, wants enrichment, scoring, job change tracking and routing in the same place, or wants AI agents working on the CRM under permissions.

Frequently asked questions

Can you unmerge records in HubSpot?

Not in HubSpot itself. LiveCRM keeps a snapshot before each merge it makes, so it can recreate the merged-away records.

Does Insycle use AI?

Insycle has no AI features. Its focus is preparing CRM data for AI.
