LiveCRM vs RevenueBase

RevenueBase sells B2B contact and company data, plus APIs that verify emails, match companies and enrich records, at published per-credit prices. LiveCRM is an AI operator that makes the changes inside Salesforce and HubSpot, holds each one for approval, and can reverse any run or record. One supplies data. The other puts data to work in the CRM.

What RevenueBase is

RevenueBase covers 390 million contacts and 60 million companies. It re-verifies email addresses every 60 days and contact records on a rolling 90-day cycle. You can get the data three ways: monthly feeds to Snowflake, S3, Google Cloud Storage or Azure; real-time and batch APIs; or Gigasheet, a spreadsheet-style interface for building lists and exporting them.

Its APIs verify email addresses, catch-all domains included, and resolve messy company names to one canonical record. They also append firmographic, contact and signal fields to records you send. Reconnect, an early-access API, finds where a contact moved.

Pricing is published. Pay as you go starts at $0.0027 a credit. One verification costs a credit, and an unknown result is free. The Unlimited plan costs $10,000 a year.

Where the work happens

RevenueBase returns data to whoever called it. Its documentation lists no Salesforce or HubSpot connector, so loading its results into the CRM is a pipeline you build: you match each result to a record, decide which fields to overwrite, and keep a record of what changed.

LiveCRM is that last step, run as an operator. It reads a mirror of your CRM and plans the work: enrichment, email verification, deduplication, normalization, scoring, segmentation, assignment, job change tracking and record creation. It holds each change for approval and logs every write with the value it replaced. Enrichment runs on your own ZoomInfo contract, and verification on your own NeverBounce key, so the credits stay in accounts you already control.

Who each fits

RevenueBase fits a team that wants verified contact and company data at a published price, delivered to its warehouse or pulled by API, and has engineers to move that data where it is needed.

LiveCRM fits a team that wants changes to land in Salesforce or HubSpot without building that pipeline, with each change approved before it is written and reversible after.

Frequently asked questions

Does RevenueBase update Salesforce or HubSpot directly?

Its documentation names no CRM connector. Data arrives by API, cloud storage feeds or Gigasheet export.

Can LiveCRM use RevenueBase data?

Not today. LiveCRM enrichment runs on ZoomInfo, and email verification on NeverBounce, each under your own account.
